Job Description

Who we want:  A person that has the experience estimating projects for low voltage systems. Professional verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with internal staff, contractors and clients. Knowledge of NFPA codes, Building Codes, and permitting processes. Must be able to work independently. Applicant should be familiar with a variety of construction concepts, practices, and procedures. A culture fit with our existing team.

Must have the technical knowledge to design and estimate one or more low voltage systems.

Some of your tasks:

  • Develop proposals from bid documents and site visits.
  • Seek new clients through networking and RFP requests.
  • Compose professional emails, proposals and phone calls to clients.
  • Meet sales goals with established profit margins.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • CRM software knowledge
  • Have knowledge of how to design systems for one or more of the following: fire alarm, building management systems (BMS), communications (fiber, data, phone), access control/video surveillance, nurse call.
